Ruble Road, in Dearborn County, Indiana. Just a few miles away is the grave of John Ruble, who died in 1841 at the age of 63. So that means he was born around 1778 -- just two years after the revolutionary war. Can you believe it? Anyway, this John Ruble's son was another John Ruble, whose son was Robert LeRoy Ruble, whose son was Robert Adrian Ruble, whose son was Robert Hal Ruble, whose son was Robert W. Ruble (that's me!), whose son was John R. Ruble. From John to John, from 1778 to 2008, the circle is complete!

| I'm a proud Dad! Today Emi ran the Music City Marathon, and finished the 26 miles in a little over four hours. Way to go, Em!

| Yay! On July 1st I'll be joining Ohio Northern University as VP for Financial Affairs. We'll be moving from Nashville to tiny Ada, Ohio, and I can't wait. The people are great, the university community is welcoming, and I'll be able to walk or bike to work. What a change from my current 20 mile rush hour commute!
I've had three wonderful years at the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation, and I know I've made a contribution. I have made a lot of friends here I'll really miss. But my dream is to return to campus life, and Ohio Northern University may be the answer to prayer. Yay!
